Leisure and entertainment.
There were two partners in the business working full-time as close up magicians and illusionists as well as specialising in children’s entertainment.
The two partners had recently joined forces having previously worked for themselves and had been operating for six months.
We started by setting goals with a 3 year growth plan and putting structure into the business while developing a sales and marketing process to bring in new clients. Eleven months into the process the business turnover has trebled and three new staff have been employed with an additional back-up of 3 sub-contracting staff in place to support the delivery demand.
